AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using the services of The Expert Haircut Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

SERVICES

The Expert Haircut Studio provides professional grooming services including but not limited to:

• Haircuts and styling
• Hair coloring and dye services
• Dreadlock services (interlocking, palm roll, barrel twist, starter locs)
• Home service appointments

BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS

• Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through our website via Calendly or by contacting us directly.
• Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation. You will receive a confirmation via email or phone.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
• Cancellation: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a booking fee for future appointments.

HOME SERVICE TERMS

For home service appointments:

• Service area is limited to East Legon and surrounding areas in Accra
• A suitable space with adequate lighting must be provided
• Additional travel fees may apply depending on location
• Cancellations for home services require 48 hours notice

PAYMENT

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash and mobile money payments
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Gratuities are appreciated but not required

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your hair history and any allergies
• Inform us of any scalp conditions or sensitivities
• Communicate clearly about your desired style and expectations
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy

SERVICE SATISFACTION

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform your stylist immediately so adjustments can be made. Complaints made after leaving the premises may be subject to additional charges for corrections.

LIABILITY

The Expert Haircut Studio takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our clients. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions to products or services if proper information was not disclosed by the client. We recommend patch tests for color treatments.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Expert Haircut Studio and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND SOCIAL MEDIA

We may take photographs of our work for portfolio and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us before your appointment. We will always ask permission before posting any identifiable images.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
